In transmission i have it set to stop seeding after a ratio of 1 or after 30 minutes of inactivity. Sonarr will delete the torrents and files correctly when the seeding ration is met. I do have Completed Download Handling enabled and set to remove but nothing so I guess I'll have to change my torrent client if there is no fix for sonarr regarding this issue. Linux permissions issue - can't import episodes after download.

I came across some but they are for different devices. I have setup transmission so that it initially downloads to a hidden file. After the download is done it gets moved to my Downloads folder, for immediate using. However i want transmission to move the download once more when it is done seeding, and, remove the entry from transmission. I have not enabled the “Remove” option under Sonarr > Settings > Download Client> Completed Download Handling. The problem I am having right now is actually Sonarr not removing the files after the torrent is completely done seeding, rather than transmission removing the files without Sonarr importing them.
